Please be careful with wheatgrass if you are now gluten free. Whilst wheat grass itself supposedly doesn't contain gluten, there is a theory that if the seeds are present they may contain gluten. I can't remember all the theory but I did look it up once, so you may be able to find it.
I have Coeliac Disease, been diagnosed over 50 years (and have Hashimotos too) so I was already on a gluten free diet prior to being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Personally I wouldn't touch wheat grass
Do take care if you have a lot of juiced fruit as this can (depending on quantity) raise your blood sugar level which can creep up without you realising. Raised blood sugar level can also be a symptom of Hypothyroidism.
I've spent the last 8 months further adjusting my food intake to correct a raised blood glucose level and there has been a great by product to this that I've lost almost 3 stone in weight. I might add that I did need to lose weight, just another stone or so to go.
