I need some help in planning my meds and supplements throughout the day. Can someone look at it please?
My goals are :
1. Increase Cytomel dose. Which is better - morning or afternoon one? My cortisol is all day low, but morning a little higher. Does it make sense to raise the morning dose then? I can see that T3 is effecting my adrenals not in a good way.
2. Apparently iron has to be taken 4 hours before Cytomel and 1 hour after. Is it so? I take it before bad, away from anything. But I would like to see if my night sleep will improve if I move it. Considering this schedule where is better time for iron?
3. When to take adrenal cocktail?
8.00 10mcg Cytomel + 3 ACE
10.00 breakfast
10.30 vit D, B-complex, K2 mk7, magnesium 100, omega 3
12.00 2 ACE
14.00 lunch + magnesium 100
15.00 5mcg Cytomel
16.00 1 ACE
19.00 dinner + 1 ACE
22.00 iron, vit C
Is it OK to take ACE with food?

I can comment only on the supplement K2(MY7 Natto)100mcg 125% RDA in that mine advise to take in the evening with a meal - 1 capsule daily. Also contains 2mg Vit. C.
I take it to aid calcium absorbtion into the bones instead of the heart blood vessels which I have been doing. Blood Test showed too little calcium in blood and CT showed too much calcium deposits in heart blood vessels. GP prescribed Calcium tabs for thinning bones.
Thyroid meds should be taken on an empty stomach one hour before or two hours after food with water only one hour each side.
Thyroid meds should be taken 2 hours away from most supplements and other medication
Thyroid meds should be taken 4 hours away from (that's 4 hours either side) :
Iron
Vit D
Calcium
Vit D and K2 should be taken with dietary fat, ie the fattiest meal of the day
B Vits can be stimulating and best taken in the morning, no later than lunchtime
Magnesium is calming and best taken in the evening
Adrenal cocktail I don't take it but I've read that when to take it is down to the individual.Once a day or twice a day. Some drink it at bedtime because sleep better, but it’s up to you. I've also seen that it should be drunk on an empty stomach, one hour before or after a meal.
Cytomel increase - you need to experiment to find whether an morning or afternoon increase suits you best.
Iron 3 months ago your ferritin was 63. You could easily raise that by eating liver regularly rather than take iron tablets, that would solve one of your problems. I raised my ferritin from 39 to 109 by eating 120-140g liver once a week.
