Annie

Vit D with the the fattiest meal of the day.

Cofactor Vit K2-mk7 also with dietary fat.

Magnesium is meant to be calming so evening is best, it doesn't have to be taken at the same time as D3.

Annie

Which brand of magnesium do you have and what is the dose per tablet/capsule, or the total dose of the 3.

Normal amount would be somewhere between 350 and 450g per day.

Hi Seaside Susie

I have the BioCare magnesium malate the info reads :

Product information per daily intake

(3capsules): %EC NRV*

Magnesium. 116.7mg. 31

(Provided by 900mg magnesium malate)

NRV = nutrient reference value

I'm not familiar with that one but I'd go with the recommended dosing and see how you feel.
