Switching from Nutri Adrenal to Thorne

Hi lovely people, I'm about to switch to Thorne from N.A as it is a lot more gentle ?

So I would love some guidance ?

I'm currently on 125mg of N.A.... Plus 100mg of Thorne.

I'm sure the N.A is too strong for me as I've got shaking hands all the time and night time palpitations. I was wondering what you guys have done when you're struggling with strong glandulars and indeed what your symptoms were, which encouraged you to change ?

Would love to hear from you as I'm so low with this battle?
