Just wondering does anyone know of a good soy and sunflower free vitamin e? I am intolerant to both and can't find an alternative.

Another natural source of vit E is annatto seed. I take annatto capsules by Nutricology called "Delta-Fraction Tocotrienols". Excellent quality but expensive. Hope this helps
