Struggling at the moment

I'm really struggling at the moment. I've been on 100mcg of Levo with 10mcg T3 for 19 weeks now, the past couple of weeks I've been feeling exhausted again, aching, sweats, feeling jittery and worst of all migraines. I reduced my T3 to 5mcg over the past two days while i was waiting on my test results coming back (results below). Since finding this site i have been determined to get on top of this which is why i need advice on what my next step should be, plus I got a call from my GP due to my high B12 level so i have to see him tonight and i want to be prepared. Unfortunately the lab didn't state the ranges of the vitamins with the result so i have no idea if they are acceptable or not. I'm also aware my TSH is low and my T4 top of the range so do i reduce my Levo and if so by what amount? or do i continue as i am? Do i continue on the 10mcg of T3? Any advice would be appreciated.

TSH 0.17 range 0.27 - 4.20

Free T4 21.8 range 12.00 - 22.00

Free T3 5.45 range 3.10 - 6.80

Folate 19.68 ng/mL

Ferritin 65.8 ng/mL

B12 1186 pg/mL

Vit D 93 nmol/L

Many people find it best to split their T3 dose early AM and 3-4 PM. Also, they find that going for the blood work 8 hours after the first dose will give them a daytime-in use FT3 level.

Iv'e tried taking it in one dose and splitting it, it didn't change the symptoms unfortunately

From what I could see, I agree, your FT4 is at top range. Especially when taking T3, it can very uncomfortable and cause issues. I would discuss with doc about lowering the T4 while taking T3. Can you get a Reverse T3 test? That level could indicate that your body is not using the T3 and converting the T4 into T3. BTW, your FT3 seems ok. If on lower dose of T4, you might eventually need to raise the T3 dose. Also, i would retest at 4 weeks when adding/changing T3.

Thank you that's helped me as i was thinking i should try lowering my T4 to 75mcg and raising my T3 if needed to see how that goes but wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do. My GP won't test the reverse T3 but i could get it tested privately.
