Hi everyone , my results are in. I can see that I am taking too much thyroxin so I should cut back by 25 Yes? Also vid d deficient, it’s the b12 I am confused about . The advice stated too much of in my body and to cut back on a supplement. I am not taking b12 but I do take an iron supplement, is that why?
Thank you in advance

Very difficult to read your results! But, from what I gather, you have a conversion problem. Yes, it would be best to reduce your levo, but you need to add in some T3 to replace it, because your FT3 appears to be very low.
I wouldn't worry about your B12, it's not much over-range. But your vit d is much too low. You need to supplement that.
Hi sorry to bother you, but my results came back from the doctors and I’m just a bit shocked at how quickly my tsh and t4 can change in just a matter of days between medichecks testing me and the Doctors. Medichecks were tsh 0.23 t4 22.7 and the Doctors test was tsh 0.15 ts4 20.80. Is this normal for Hashimoto? I have reduced by 25 but when I rang the Doctors for those results they were not flagged and I was told they were normal!!! Even I know that’s not normal. Clearly I was taking too much. I still feel a little down and heavy headed, could this be because I am taking too much? I’m just trying to find a reason for how I feel, I’m taking vit d now and at first I got a lift but yesterday I dipped
I'm afraid I really cannot tell you if you're taking too much without the ranges. The medicheck ranges are surely different to your NHS ranges, so you really can't compare just like that for the FT4. The difference in the TSH is negligeable. Also, were the tests both done at the same time of day?
Besides, the important number is the FT3 to know if you're taking too much levo. It's possible that you aren't converting the levo to T3, too. So, not enough information, there, I'm afraid.
