As greygoose said in other post, these thyroid results for someone not on thyroid hormones, looks pretty normal. Though your first post had lower TSH and FT3.

You need B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D tested too - as outlined in my reply to your very first post

As you are lactose intolerant, have you considered gluten as a problem too?

Had coeliac blood test? Or tried strictly gluten free diet

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting.

Can you add results and ranges for B12, folate, vitamin D and ferritin here

They need to be optimal, not just in range

Vitamin d is 65 and b12 is 707ng/l range 197.00-771

Assuming you are in UK then vitamin D is measured in nmol and 65nmol is too low

Around 100nmol recommended

Presumably you supplement vitamin B12? Or do you take vitamin B complex?

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Essential to test folate and ferritin

Better You vitamin D mouth spray is good as avoids any possible poor gut function

Comes in various strengths.

Perhaps try 2 x 1000iu spray daily, may need higher or lower- every person is different

Important not to take too much or too little. Vitamin D is toxic in excess. You may need more in winter than summer

Retesting twice year via vitamindtest.org.uk £29 postal kit

Your B12 may drop as you improve vitamin D levels

You might want to add a good vitamin B complex that has folate in about month after starting vitamin D supplements

drgominak.com/sleep/vitamin...

Vitamin D is pre-steroid hormone, not a vitamin. Low vitamin D can cause anxiety
