Your TSH is low in range, but doesn't mean much on its own.
Your FT3 is rather low. below mid-range, as is your FT4.
But, the main question is : how do you feel? Do you have symptoms of low thyroid?
There is no such thing as normal, because we are all different, and all need different levels. When a doctor says 'normal', he just means 'in-range'. What you need to know is : is this 'normal' for me?
Your antibodies are very low in range, so it's doubtful that you have Hashi's.
Hi thankyou I have lots of symptons tiredness blurred eyes tight feet feel the cold hair comes out easy and extremely tight stomach muscles and lots more symptons and anxiety think last one because of imbalance plus got no enthusiasm to do anything plus bloated and my endo says there’s nothing wrong all in head ha ha
In that case, your doctor should be considering Central hypo, where the problem is with the pituitary or the hypothalamus, rather than the thyroid itself. There are tests s/he can do to see how well the pituitary is functioning. According to those results above, the pituitary is not secreting enough TSH to stimulate the thyroid to produce enough thyroid hormone to keep you well.
Arr thankyou that’s soo helpfull thankyou so so much for the info 🙂I’ve really been banging head been going through this for a year they just won’t help say it’s in head grr would levothyroxine help my mum had a thyroid trouble told them this they just not listening they doing test on cortisol a syn test they making more stress
So are you on Levothyroxine? Or exploring possible thyroid issues?
For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
Low vitamin levels affect thyroid, so essential to test these
See if you can get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP. Unlikely to get FT3
Private tests are available

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results

Both FT4 and FT3 are on low side
Bloating suggests gluten intolerance, very common with thyroid issues
You could ask for coeliac test, especially if vitamins are low
But majority are gluten intolerant not coeliac
