Suggest you reread your previous post

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

As you have now been on 75mcg daily for 2 months it’s time to retest

Highly likely ready for next increase to 100mcg daily

You need to test cortisol and DHEA before considering ashwagandha

Couldn’t see that you have ever had thyroid antibodies tested?

Retest TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 plus BOTH TPO and TG antibodies vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Medichecks and BH also offer private blood draw at clinic near you, or private nurse to your own home…..for an extra fee

Likely to see you need further increase in levothyroxine

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Remember to stop any supplements that contain biotin 5-7 days before any test as biotin can falsely affect test results

Aiming for all four vitamins at optimal levels

Vitamin D at least over 80nmol

Serum B12 at least over 500

Folate near top of range

Ferritin at least half way through range

Thank you for your reply.

Yes I had done and checked my antibodies.

I am not sure with Levothyroxine 100mg as I am on Levothyroxine fir over 2 years abd my T3 and TSH didn't change much.

Also can't find proper Endocrinologist who us actually care about T3 and T4

Assuming your next test results show low Ft4 and Ft3 …..which is highly likely

You need to increase levothyroxine FIRST

And get all four vitamins at OPTIMAL levels

You’re likely to need to be on at least 125mcg before ready to add T3

Then if symptoms remain consider seeing thyroid specialist endocrinologist
