You need more levothyroxine. Also make sure you don't take your levothyroxine with a large meal, coffee or other medications. They need to give you enough to bring your TSH down and stop messing around.

Yes I take it first thing 1 hour before any food or drink or other medications.

Excercising and dieting at this stage can be counterprodutive, you need calories to convert the medication you are given t4 into a form your body can use t3, exercising will quickly use up what little thyroid hormone your body has. Untill they get your tsh down to less that 1.0 light exercise such as walking or swimming is more appropriate.

Really I wasn’t aware of that, slice of cake it is then 😂 no on a serious note I’m only doing light exercise on an exercise bike as I have nerve damage in my foot so can’t walk far.

Slimming World is not a healthy diet because it is based on low/no-fat food. The body needs fat to be healthy. You need good, nourishing food, fresh food, not these things Slimming World sells - which I suspect are full of soy. Soy is very, very bad for hypos, so need to be cut out completely.

You need to have folate, ferritin ,B12 and D3 tested as they need to be optimal for you to get the best from the levo not just in range or "normal"
