Medichecks test - stopping supplements?

Hi all,

I'm going to have a test to check all thyroid, B12 and Ferritin levels (which I've been supplementing since Jan as they were quite low). Should I stop supplementing iron a week before, does anyone know?

Yes, stop iron for a week.

If you take a B Complex containing Biotin, or Biotin as a stand alone supplement, leave that off as well, 3-5 days, as it will skew results if biotin is used on the testing process.
