Can you please include the reference ranges for your results so they can be interpreted, ranges vary from lab to lab so we need your own lab's ranges.

Impossible to say if you need to alter your T3 dose unless we see a result for FT3

Levo (50mcg)

and T3 (6.25mcg)

Taking T3 tends to lower FT4 but yours is very close to the bottom of the range. I take a Levo/T3 combination and I can't function with my FT4 so low in range, I need mine over half way. Maybe you are like me and need a higher FT4 in which case I would increase your Levo. I would suggest adding an extra 12.5mcg for now and see how that goes. The reason I say that amount is because if you do have some T4 to T3 conversion then adding more Levo will make your FT3 rise and it's already close to the top of the range. I don't see how you could actually lower your dose of T3, I imagine cutting the tablet smaller than into quarters is going to be tricky.

So for now, I would increase Levo to 62.5mcg and leave T3 at 6.25mcg and retest in 6-8 weeks then reassess.

Please note this is not medical advice, I am not medically trained, my reply is based on my experience of dosing with a combination of Levo and T3.
