Hi guys, I was just wondering if there’s a test where you can get just your vitamin D tested? as my doctors don’t do it 🙄

Yup, I got mine done at medicheck which is an at home finger prick test you do yourself. Think the NHS have a similar one as well, just Google NHS vitamin d test :)

Yes, you can see it says City Assays on the pack and the product information says "Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS trust". It's the same price and apparently BetterYou will send you a D3 spray.

When you have your result, post it on the forum and say what dose spray they have sent you. If you need to supplement with D3 you will also need it's important cofactors vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

Hi susie just received my vitamin D testing kit, is there anything I have to do before doing it, or can I do it at any time of the day?

Nothing special to do with a Vit D test, you can do it any time. I always do all my tests early morning, gets it out of the way and I know I can always compare results accurately as nothing will be different. If you already take a Vit D supplement then take it after the test on the day.
