Hi

Briefly I’ve been introducing t3, up to 18 over six weeks ( firs 18 last night)

Only had 25 Levo my t4 levels have been good, my t3 always been low so not converting well

Tsh was 4.4 and already down to 3. However waiting for Activis and been without 4 days

I’ve been a bit lax with vitamins and wondering if paying price today ...... have been feeling energised and better concentration which has been great but today, couldn’t settle feeling, and tonight quite wired then panick kicked in and eyes ache, neck aches and pretty well had panick attack, seems to be passing now

Do you think it’s the low vitamins maybe - unsure where to go from here please

Also sen endo, I’m perturbed what to tell her, agree I’ve got to tell her!!! Only fair

Do you have any results for vitamin testing? With the ranges.

Vit D, B12, Ferritin, Folate

Then people can comment.

Also post your most recent thyroid tests. TSH, t4 AND T3.

Looks as though you vitamins etc have dropped but we need to look at thyroid readings and your vitamin Ines etc to see what is really going on.

....thanks It was a while since I posted. Been a long theee weeks lol

Ive had bloods and basically they are worse than when I was unmediated but seeing dr Peatfield this week so all will be revealed I feel, and at a guess his first port of call will be adrenals, Also just discovered my progesterone is under the range for pot menopausal, ostregen barely in and testerone low, so not knowing a thing about these I'm hoping he will but may be some explanation too as to feeling so spaced out and rubbish. X
