Does anyone take their NDT in one dose at night? I am increasingly finding it difficult taking it away from other drugs in the morning. Worried it may keep me awake.

I do and sleep great, pain allowing... Better since switching to taking in one dose at bedtime. I would give it a try, we're all different so its the only way you'll find out if it suits you or not 🙂

I take all my NDT in the morning. -no probs.

I think this is trial and error. I fiddle about with the timing of my doses a lot, as I take 3 a day (super nuisance!). I know I've got a problem when I am consistently more tired and rubbish at one part of the day than others.

So there's no harm in trying something out for a while, seeing if you feel any worse, and you can always switch back again if you have problems.

The first time I ever tried to swap from a morning to night dose I did it by skipping that morning dose and waiting till night to take it, which made me feel undermedicated for days so I switched back. The next time I tried I did it by adding an extra dose instead, taking a morning and a night dose that day and felt much more comfortable.

I have tried splitting,taking 2/3ds first thing(5.30-6am)& 1/3 for an afternoon pick me up,but like you,I just can't fit it in around need for cups of tea.

I take all at 5.30-6 am,with cup of tea at 7.30am
