Hi, I currently take 20mcg of lio twice a day, 7am, then roughly 10pm.

I've been taking a multi vit and selenium a while, but I've now added in

Ginseng

Liver support

Magnesium calcium complex (500mg caps, I've started on just one cap)

And finally ( the most disgusting) Glutathione

I'm taking them all at lunch time so then they don't counteract my lio, but is this right? Should I take magnesium at bed time?

AND, how long will it take to notice a difference in how I feel?! Or is that the million dollar question?,

Fibefm,

Ideally, magnesium is taken a bedtime because it is a relaxant but it should also be taken 4 hours away from Liothyronine so bedtime is out for you.

Do you have Hashimoto's (high thyroid antibodies)

If so multivitamins are not usually recommended on here as most usually contain iodine

Can you add your most recent blood test results and ranges for TSH, FT3 and FT4 plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

I’ve just had an up to date blood test this morning - without having taken my lio ( previously, all my bloods were taken having taken meds first thing as I didn’t know not to!) so once I have these results, the dr May up my lio...
