Dose timing

My current dosing is ,2 Grains of thyroid S ,at 7 am,then 20 mg of T3 @ 12 o,clock then 1 Grain of thyroid S at 5 pm,my question is,if I’m having bloods done at 9 am when should I take my last dose of thyroid medication? .please.x

Last dose of NDT and T3 should be 12 hours before blood draw.

Take your last dose at 5pm and your next dose straight after the blood test. You can extrapolate FT3 +15% to estimate the normal circulating FT3 level.

If your FT3 is 6.0 16 hours after your last NDT or T3 dose adding 15% to FT3 6.0 which makes 6.9 will give you a reasonable estimate of the normal circulating FT3 level.

Clutter can you help me with the percentage bit please? I left the 16 hours and my t3 was 3.9 the range is 3.1-6.0
