Ashwagandha and hypothyroid !!

Am taking eltroxin 50 mcg in the morning ... So when should I take Ashwagandha capsule ??? I can't ask doctor... He don't believe in natural remedies....😞

Thanks mam.. is powder or capsule good ?? And daily intake how much and after food ? and like Ashwagandha anyother natural remedies there to take ? Any idea mam?
