Some quick advice before doctors please

Off to doctors soon and telephoned for thyroid results. Although doctor said he would request full thyroid tests it seems only TSH, ft4 and t3 were done. No antibodies for some reason. Could anyone advise what to say when I see him. I don't have lab ranges yet but results are

TSH 4.6

Free T 4 10.7

T3 6.2

I have lots of symptoms and a lump below my adams apple that I'm hoping he will look at and send me for a scan. Any advice appreciated.

Need ranges really, but TSH looks high and FT4 low.

Ask for antibodies, vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tests
