TSH is very suppressed, FT4 is low in range which is fairly typical for people taking NDT or T4+T3, and FT3 is just under the upper third of range.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
If you feel well then FT3 is fine. If you aren't well there is scope to increase dose by 1/2 grain.
Thanks Clutter! My pulse is better, anxiety better, but a bit tired and the skin is quite dry, I'm training and doing yoga, eating very well, but not losing weight.
