Sorry, could you give a little more detail, please?
What was your TSH level when you were prescribed levo? 'Normal' doesn't mean much. How much levo did you take? Did they only test your TSH? Did your new doctor take you off levo because of the low TSH? Did he test your nutrients before prescribing supplements? Why are you taking calcium?
I don't think anyone can help without knowing at least the basics.

Are you in UK?
How much Levothyroxine are you taking ? Look on the box for dose amount
Can you add most recent results and ranges for TSH, FT3 and FT4, plus have you also had thyroid antibodies tested
Also helpful if had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested. Add results and ranges if you have them
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's
