I reduced my T3 11 days ago to 12,5 mcg. Am still feeling restless and irritated can I reduce once more back to 6.25 mcg or is it better to hold this dose out and test again after 6 weeks? How long will it take for me to feel if this dose is right? Is it any sooner when reducing than it is when increasing?
Results on 18.75 t3 and 125 T4 was:
Tsh < 0,005 (0,35-5,5)
Ft4 20 (12-22)
Ft3 6,8 (3,1-6,8)

Don't forget that Free T4 converts into Free T3. Presumably you take T3 because you don't convert well? If this is the case you probably shouldn't reduce your T3 any more than you already have done, at least until you test again.
You may feel better if you reduce your T4 a little bit. That will lower your Free T4, and may have a knock-on effect on reducing your Free T3. You might want to reduce your Levo to either 100mcg or alternate 100mcg and 125mcg (to get an average dose of 112.5mcg per day).
A Free T3 level of 4.9 wouldn't be high enough for many people, I suspect. So you almost certainly don't want your level to drop back to what it was before adding T3.
Some people need Free T3 and Free T4 to be very high in range, but many people don't. It is only by experimenting that you can find out how you feel best.
Did you introduce T3 slowly? It may be that you raised your dose too fast and missed your "sweet spot".
But really, in your shoes, having reduced T3 already and still feeling unwell, I would reduce the Levo dose.
You could stop T3 altogether which will be the quickest was to resolve your symptoms if they were due to overmedicating T3. Once symptoms have resolved if you start feeling hypo add 6.25mcg T3 and hold at that dose for 6-8 weeks and retest before increasing.
When taking 6.25mcg T3 shall I try to divide the pill and take it 2 times a day or all in one go in the morning do you think? have a pillcutter so it will be difficult but doable.
