Hi - I have hashimotos and have taken natural thyroid for a number of years and had some blood tests doen last week as have been feeling more tired than normal, would anyone be able to help with interpreting the results?
Serum free T4 level - 25 pmol/L
Serum TSH level - 0.02 miu/L
It doesn't look they tested for T3!
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You need to add the reference ranges for your tests for them to be interpreted as ranges vary from lab to lab. However it looks like your FT4 could be either high in range or even over range which is unusual when taking NDT as it generally tends to lower FT4.
When taking NDT it is essential that FT3 is tested because you are taking T3 in the NDT and FT3 should be kept in range. If your NDT is prescribed then your doctor should know this.
