Plasma Free T4 level 13 pmol/L 7.7----15.10 pmol/L

Plasma TSH level 3.48 mu/L 0.34-------5.60 mu/L

I'm currently on Vitamin D supplement of 20,000 iu twice a week.

Recently finished course of b12 injections as fit D and b12 were very low.

Starting to feel a bit better i think but still getting some symptoms like being cold when everyone else is hot or at least warm enough.

Are my thyroid figures suggesting I should be taking something else?
