Roll back from hypothyroid

Is it possible to get healthy thyroid gland for a hypothyroid person?

Can you please tell me step by step process?

currently i am using levothyroxine 50mcg.

Along with thyroid blood tests, i have done ferritin, folate, vit b12 and vit d.

I have low vit D. ferritin, folate and vit b12 are normal.

Please help me. Thanks.

It's very unlikely. Thyroid function usually declines. Patients are usually required to take Levothyroxine replacement daily for the rest of their lives.

If you post your recent thyroid results and ranges I will tell you whether you are optimally dosed on 50mcg.

If you post your vitD, ferritin, B12 and folate results and ranges I can also comment on them.
