Everything looks good. Iron and transferrin levels rule out iron deficiency anaemia although ferritin is not optimal. Ferritin is optimal >70 - 100. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron which should be taken with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Iron should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
B12 900 is likely to be close to the high end of range so there's unlikely to be deficiency.
Folate 12.6 is unlikely to be deficient.
When you post results in future please include the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after results) to help members interpret.
