I have hypothyroid symptoms

You have to give us some more details before anyone can advise you. Have you been diagnosed, If so how long ago, are you on any form of replacement and if so what dose do you take ?

VITAMIN B12 200 (190 - 900)

VITAMIN D TOTAL 21.1 (<25 SEVERE)

GP doing nothing about it and I am on no medication

What has your GP said about those results ? If he/she thinks they are normal then find a new GP immediately.

And the under range free T4 and really high TSH.
