When did you stop?

How soon after stopping did you do these blood tests?

Or do these blood tests come from a time when you were still taking levo, and if so, how long ago and how much were you taking?

My latest results are TSH 7.2 FT4 10.2 (12 - 22) and then the ones I posted which were done in Sep 2017 and I was taking 175mcg levo

Your GP is an idiot. Sorry, there are no words! You were (arguably) slightly overmedicated on 175mcg, so a small dose reduction might have been warranted, maybe down to 150mcg. But to stop altogether was just downright dangerous.

I don’t know what’s going on with GPs at the moment - we seem to get post after post like yours on the forum in recent months.

You need to go back on levothyroxine. Your doctor’s rather cruel experiment on you has failed - you have hypothyroidism and it needs treating. Is there another doctor you can see?

Endo says not overmedicated at the time I had Hashimotos flare thanks

Possibly - but either way, those results didn’t warrant you coming off levothyroxine altogether. You only needed a reduction in dose.

Are you able to speak to your endo to get your dose reinstated?
