Hi there, I was diagnosed with hashimotos when I was ten (I’m now 32), I’m on 200mcg thyroxine and my symptoms have been getting worse over the years. Now making the change to ndt with endo’s suggestion, uk pharmacies are most expensive...I can get thyroid s from Thailand, but wondered where people get nature throid from (as that’s the one endo suggested) so keen to know if people have experience of either or both and their thoughts too pls?

Also ordered some selenium, does anyone else find this helps them?

Different brands suit different people. If you've not tried NDT you might as well start with Thyroid-S which is popular with a lot of members. NatureThroid is in short supply as RLC are only manufacturing 1 and 1.5 grains at the moment.

100-200mcg Selenium is good thyroid support.
