What is going on?

I am brand new here and trying to find out what is causing me to feel so unwell. thyroid has been suggested and my test showed information below. Free Thyroxine is low but everything else is normal. does anyone have any experience of this?

What are your symptoms? Have you had any Nutrients levels tested - Vitamin D, Calcium, B12, Folate and Ferritin?

There is no evidence of Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis in the above results. Have you had an Ultrasound scan of your Thyroid? Do you have any throat or neck problems? Any lumpiness or difficulty swallowing? Any goitre?
