Here are my latest results

Tsh 2.6 (0.35-5.0)

Free T4 16.1

Free T3 5.7 (9-24)

My dose was raised to 100mcg thyroxine felt ok the first week but now feel terrible again. I have had an mri to make sure nothing else was going on as my tinnitus and headaches pretty bad. So take it I’m still undermedicated.

That is very odd range for FT3. Perhaps that is only T3? Not FT3

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested? Are you supplementing anything?

Post results and ranges of vitamins if you have them

That looks more like the T4 range.

I’m supplementing with B complex, vit d, magnesium and vit k2. I also take omega 3-6-9

B12 567 (190-900)

Vit d 73 (50-200)

Ferritin 83 (10-200)

Folate 16.8 (3.0-20.0)

Vitamin D might be better nearer 100nmol

A TSH of over 2 is likely under medicated.

Check that FT3 again - very odd range

I think that is the range for the FT4. Would make sense - 16 is not high enough for FT4

Presumably you get thyroid tests as early in morning as possible and fasting, no levo in 24 hours prior to test

Also remember to stop any B complex or supplement with Biotin in it a least 3 days before any thyroid or B12 test
