Is anyone familiar with/ using, Dr a Rind’s temperature graph ?
It’s a fascinating self help tool...but one thing puzzles me .
I’ve Heard it said that when using Adrenal Cortex and NDT the LAST thing to rise is your temperature. And we al know the temperature is indicative of ones thyroid state.
When using the graph, if temps are low but stable,it should indicate your adrenals are fit and able to cope with extra thyroid treatment. ...meaning, increase your NDT .
But If temperature is the last thing to rise, how do you know if you should increase your NDT , or when?
Answers gratefully received, thanks.

However I have to say I find Dr a Rind’s chart excellently helpful...
It really does show if you have an adrenal problem or a thyroid problem only , or both...it has made perfect sense to me,.and actually seems to throw light on how you are feeling..it seems to make sense.
This method was recommended to me by the knowledgeable chaps at The Natural Choice..the company that sells Adrenavive...and indeed it is mentioned in the book Stop The Thyroid Madness.
Well , we are all different, and what is good for some is t for others. For me ...I like this method...and just wanted to sort out this detail....
I am looking for Dr. Rind’s instructions on taking the temperatures and on interpreting them, but cannot find the link to even how to take the temperatures (how often etc.).
You are right that this is an extremely valuable tool, but I haven’t used it in years and want to return to it. I wonder if you could please share here the link to how to take the temperatures? Particularly for adrenal issues?
I do very much hope someone else will be able to answer your important question!
