Doctoring at its cheapest to only test TSH and for your GP to passively accept that instead of badgering the lab to check FT4 too.
GP has increased dose and it will almost certainly suppress your TSH. If you feel better on the 100mcg and your GP tries to alter dose to raise TSH refuse to agree a reduction unless FT4 is over range. Arrange your next thyroid blood test early in the morning when TSH is highest and fast (water only) as TSH drops after eating and drinking.
