What has GP prescribed?

These are dangerously low. Ferritin especially

If you feel unwell, or faint go straight to A&E

Has GP done iron panel? If so post results.

You will need iron infusion and then daily iron tablets

You need loading dose of vitamin D

Full testing for Pernicious Anaemia before starting B12 injections

Folic acid supplements should not be started until after first B12 injection

You have iron deficiency anaemia and need 2 or 3 Ferrous Fumarate daily. You also need to get your ferritin up to 70 minimum for thyroid hormone to work, you can help that by eating liver regularly (200g maximum per week).

You have severe Vit D Deficiency and need loading doses.
