How much to increase t3?

My latest results on both levo and t3 are as follows :

Tsh <0.03

Ft3 4.9 (3.5-6.5)

Ft4 15 (10-19.8)

Want to increase t3 am currently taking 6.25mcg how much do you think I can increase 6.25 or 12.5 without going over range? I increased with 6.25 2 weeks ago, can I increase with another 6.25 do you think?

Vitamins and minerals are Middle or upper range. So all good.

Do you mean the 6.25 I've already added (makes up 12.5 in total) or add another 6.25 now ( would be taking 18.75)?

What were you taking when the blood test above was done and when did you increase to 12.5mcg?

I was taking 6.25at time of test and increase to 12.5 a week ago.

Then you should remain at 12.5mcg for 6-8 weeks and retest before increasing further.
