Samy3,

TSH 1.87 is euthyroid.

Have you seen anyone about the eye pain and blurred vision? Although levels are euthyroid Graves doesn't go away and can go on to attack the eyes. It sounds as though you may have thyroid eye disease.

B12 is good. You could reduce daily dose to 2-3 times a week to maintain level.

VitD is replete >75 and most people are comfortable around 100-150. I would supplement 5,000iu D3 for 4 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in March.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron which should be taken with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.

You really need to know FT4 and FT3, not just TSH

Very unlikely to get FT3 tested

Private tests are available

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Medichecks or Blue Horizon are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results

This test was early morning one slowdragon and I did fast plus I did not take my b vitamins for two days before the test

It's recommended that about 4 or 5 months is the time to be off b vitamins before the test. If you were only 2 days then I would keep taking the b12 daily. If not then your number will drop drastically I think xx
