skidel Well, your thyroid results depend on whether you are diagnosed with a thyroid condition and taking any medication and you haven't said, so it's hard to comment without knowing that.
Serum free triiodthyronine - yes that is Free T3 (FT3). It's important to know whether T4 and T3 are Free T4 and Free T3 or Total T4 and Total T3 - we can usually tell if it's a familiar reference range and it's FT4 and FT3.

b12 937 ng/l (150.0-883.0) above ref range
That result is not a problem. An extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
Are you supplementing?

serum folate 5.1 ug/l (3.1-20.5)
That's too low. Folate should be at least half way through it's range. Plenty of leafy greens in your diet can help with folate, or a good B Complex containing methylfolate, eg Thorne Basic B.

serum ferritin 101 ug/l (10-204.0)
That's good. Ferritin should be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work (our own or replacement) and half way through range is recommended.
Thank you for replying. Yes I have been diagnosed with graves and was hyperthyroid before that. currently on 10mg carbimazole. I did wonder about folate so have got some methylfolate 800mcg which I will start taking (unless someone tell me its the wrong type/amount).
Can't find anything about vit D on my results, I will ask if that can be tested next. I will also get that book (thanks for the tip)
yes quite a while ago, I have no idea what the result was, just told (as I was halfway out the door) I now have graves Are they supposed to be tested regularly?
No, but it is best if you know what the results was - in fact, you really should know which antibodies they tested for! Because some doctors do not know the difference between Grave's and Hashi's. You certainly aren't hyper at the moment, are you. How long have you been taking the carbimazole?
this time, about 18 months (on and off for about 30 yrs) still getting bad brain fog, shakes, anxiety etc so guess that could be the folate then. I really should know more by now, every time I research I seem to forget everything or mix it all up in my head and get confused. I'm 46 now so cant be all down to my age
