Always ask to speak to your GP and make an appointment as a Receptionist is not medically trained and only reading the results from a script. They may say "no further action", because it could be on the low side of normal and again they are reading from a script, but you need to seek advice from a GP and not a member of the admin team. In fact demand an appointment lol!
If not happy with that GP, get second opinion.
Your TSH appears to be high but your T4 is in low range and also your T3 is also on the low side.
