I am wondering what these results mean and what my GP will be doing about them tomorrow?
TPO antibody 770 (<34)
TSH 33.4 (0.2 - 4.2)
Free T4 10.1 (12 - 22)
Free T3 3.2 (3.1 - 6.8)
I asked for results from receptionist. Currently not prescribed thyroid hormone. Thanks for advice.
Hello Kazke, My goodness! You for sure have Hashimotos ( so do I) Hopefully one of the more experienced members will jump in w/more insight. I hope your GP will be starting you on thyroxine today. Usual dose is 25 or 50 mcg to begin with and then slowly increase it over time.

Yes you do need medication with those ranges.
Always ask to speak to your GP and make an appointment as a Receptionist is not medically trained and only reading the results from a script. They may say "no further action", because it could be on the low side of normal and again they are reading from a script, but you need to seek advice from a GP and not a member of the admin team. In fact demand an appointment lol!
If not happy with that GP, get second opinion.
Your TSH appears to be high but your T4 is in low range and also your T3 is also on the low side.

sounds like your body is desperately trying to convert T4 to T3 and can't find it, lol. Get a GP appointment asap
