T4. 14.4. 12-22

T3. 4.2. 3.1-6.8

TSH. 0.02

I don’t understand what to do to improve numbers and symptoms. is it T3 or levo I need more of.?

To help people answer your question - what and how much medication are you on?

Have you recently had a change in medication?

What symptoms do you have?

Do you have a nutrient results - ferritin, folate, vitamin D etc?

Are you on t3 because of a problem converting t4 to t3? You could do with the nutrients tested that Kes8 lists if not done as all need to be optimum not just in range. You definitely need an increase, up to you really if you convert, if not I'd up the t3

Thank you for getting back to me, as suggested I will up T3.

I am on all recommended supplements helped by SS in the past.

My T3 was 3.1. Same range, doctor was on board with using T3

I can’t see him for 3 weeks , wanted to know what to do before that.
