Do you mean change of brand? Change of dosage either up or down? or Change of type of pill?

Hi Nellups, let me know how you are in a while. I think you will have to wait for a few weeks till you'll have a stable amount in your body. I'm on day two and already feel shake 😑 they say it's not possible, but I really start to feel anxious. Hope you will be better soon!

Sounds like your body has to get used to the Levothyroxine. They say it can take up to six weeks till you know if you have the right dose. But if you feel really really worse I would call my doctor!

What brand were you on and what brand are you on now? Quite a few people on here have posted about issues with TEVA and I personally wouldn't touch it with a barge pole after issues in 2011/12 that meant MHRA withdrew their licence!

Was on Levothyrox. now on L-thyroxine

But is it by a different manufacturer? Different manufacturers use different fillers which can affect each of us differently!

Yes and different formula

I'm on Teva and just started, because I became hypo after RAI. A few years ago I had block & replace treatment with PTU and Euthyrox and I remember that I had the same side effects in the beginning. Now I really have to deal with hot flashes and sweating. My endo says I have to try for a few weeks, because my body has to get used to the new levels. Sounds reasonable.
