Ive got pa and awaiting endo results for tsh free t3 and free t4 my gp just checked tsh that was 3.37 I suffer with hashi symtems now ive developed missed heartbeat im taking selenium supplement could that be the problem any suggestions

No, your problem is that you are hypo. Are you taking levo? If so, you need an increase in dose.

Im not on any medication as gp said tsh 3.37 is fine so ive paid to see endo and awaiting free t3 and t4 results this missed beat only started yesterday

That's good that you've had your Frees tested, that will tell you more than the TSH. Although, I'm wondering was it just the one test you had with the TSH over 3? Or have you had others?

Can't comment on the missed beat at this point. As it only started yesterday, it could be a blip that will sort itself out. Or it could be due to low T3. Only time will tell.

You also need thyroid anti-bodies tested - TPO and Tg. If you have PA - how often do you have your injections ? Are you taking a B complex too ? - to give you Folic Acid/Folate and to keep the B's in balance.

How are your Iron/Ferritin levels - if low that could cause heart issues .... Sorry for all the questions - we really need more information
