What is a good level for selenium for someone with Hashi's now hypo for a very long time?

Optimal levels are 150-160 umol/L.

Dr Mercola stated a dose of 150-300 mcg of selenium is safe and Dr Wentz added that even 400 mcg is safe.

However, other research has found that a dose of 200 mcg daily and for 3-6 months was enough to address a deficiency and to reduce Hashimoto's antibodies.

Best to take just enough selenium to do what's required to be done rather than taking too much.
