Where to purchase t3 and which dosage to start with

I want to add some t3 to my 75 mcg of levothyroxine in order to feel better, but i don't know where to purchase it from. I have seen some websites which sell it but i'm worried about whether or not they are legitimate. I would really appreciate it if some of you could message me some good, trustworthy sources.

Also, which brand of t3 is considered best? I see that the turkish brand Tiromel is much cheaper, but is it the same quality as Cytomel?

Lastly, based on my thyroid results, what dosage do you suggest I take if i purchase?

TSH 3.49 (0.27-4.2)

FT4 20.4 (12.0-22.0)

FT3 4.9 (3.1-6.8)

Thanks

If members have information of where to source T3, they will send you a private message. I believe, reading from posts on the forum, that Tiromel is fine.

If you wish to add some T3 to your T4, I would add 1/4 tablet for two weeks, taking note of pulse/temp (take these before you begin T3 too) and thereafter a 1/4 tablet every 2 weeks and so on until your clinical symptoms are relieved. I am not medically qualified but improved when I took T3.

Your TSH is too high as I'm sure you realise.

I will close your post now, just so that no information is put on the open Forum but you will be sent Private Messages if members have the information you require. Bear in mind also that I am not medically qualified.

My Mother has used Tiromel for years and yes it seems to be equivalent to the minimal T3 quantities she gets on prescription.
