If your doctor is sympathetic and would like to prescribe T3 for you or has unwillingly withdrawn your T3, do ask them to complete the survey too. The survey is for any member of the public or organisation to complete. Send an email to your GP or pop a letter into the surgery.

There are only 9 days left to complete the survey so now is the time to ask anyone who has an interest to take part!

Are there any HU members who still have a good relationship with their GP following withdrawal of T3? I certainly do not
