I am new and trying to figure out why my thyroid results are all over the place despite leaving off levo for 24 hours/T3 for 12 hours, bloods done at same time which is 8am and fasting? Diagnosed hypothyroid 5 years ago. Maybe start again with dose despite still having hypo symptoms?
Thanks

Why remove the T3 after these results? In fact, because of FT3 being low in range, there was room to increase your T3 dose. Levo could have been reduced 25mcg as FT4 is very slightly over range.
So removing T3 produced these results -
Aug 2017 (175mcg levo reduced to 100mcg)
TSH 0.07 (0.2 - 4.2)
Free T4 20.8 (12 - 22)
Free T3 3.9 (3.1 - 6.8)
You can see the difference in your FT3 now that you were no longer taking T3. Who reduced your Levo to 100mcg and why?
So 100mcg Levo is your current dose?? How are you feeling? Pretty rough I guess.
Have you had thyroid antibodies tested - Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) and Thyroglobulin (TG)?
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested - Vit D, B12, Folate, Ferritin?
Post any results you may have, with reference ranges, and say if you're taking any supplements.
Endo removed the T3 saying there is no evidence to support its use. GP reduced my dose to 100mcg because my TSH was below range. I had outstanding bloods from my practice and I was starting to go back to feeling unwell so I had them done. I had a phone call from my GP saying my TSH was below range meaning I was thyrotoxic and she asked me to reduce to 100mcg 2 weeks into taking 175mcg. I am feeling very unwell at the moment. I have thyroid antibodies.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 277.3 (<34)
Thyroglobulin antibodies 356.1 (<115)
I supplement but haven't noticed any improvement on what I take and levels aren't improving much.
