Following on from last month my blood results have calmed down TSH no longer wildly suppressed 1.63 and free T3 has come down from 11-7.42 and free T4 11.54)
But after a full set of blood work I've received these and I'm quite worried about them 😰 Can anyone shed any light?
Thank you
(I'm on NDT two grains)

Most common cause of high haemoglobin, haematocrit and red cell count is dehydration. Drink plenty of water 2-3 days prior to your next FBC.
High MPV: Indicates a high number of larger, younger platelets in the blood; this may be due to the bone marrow producing and releasing platelets rapidly into circulation.
It was quicker to discuss them with GP this morning. He's going to repeat them - not overly concerned as white blood cells unaffected. Says it ties in with my recent laryngitis and chesty cough.
In the meantime I'm keeping off the ferrous fumerate.
Wondered if giving blood would get rid of some of the excess iron?
