I am still on 75mcg levo with worsening of symptoms but as my TSH is 1.4 (range 0.3 - 5.0) there will be no increase in my dose, which I have now been taking for 3 months. I had private blood tests last month which showed that I am converting to T3 - 4.74 (range3.10 - 6.80) which was reassuring. I feel my only option is to increase my dose to 100 with levo and do private blood tests to monitor. Please could someone PM me with where I would be able to obtain this. Many thanks.

That's ridiculous but that's how they seem to be trained. I note you say you are converting T3 to 4.75 but you'd feel better if it was nearer the top of the range.
I think you should add 25mcg to bring your TSH to under 1, some need it suppressed and it's not true that we'll develop heart attacks or osteo. Our body indicates if we're too too much or too little (symptoms).
I am not medically qualified but I know one doctor who was trained before blood tests were introduced and he stated often that nowadays we are kept on far too low a dose to improve and that on NDT the usual dose was between 200 and 400mcg. He stated that nowadays we are in a parlous situation due to the preference of looking at blood tests instead of listening to patients.
Once diagnosed and taking thyroid hormones I'd only get a blood test if you weren't improving or had new clinical symptoms.
This doctor (he was an Adviser to TUK before his death) only took a blood test for an iniitial diagnosis thereafter it was all on how the patient felt. He would never prescribe levothyroxine either - only NDT and or T3.
