The high antibodies mean you have Hashimotos or what docs call auto immune thyroiditis.Going gluten free may help.
Your other results are bad .Look up Seaside Susies comments to others with low results for vits.Your vits need to be good to fully utilise the levo hormone you are taking .
The vitamins are all too low stopping your thyroid hormones being used
They will need supplementing to improve
Has your GP seen these? They should be prescribing loading dose for Vitamin D

Your high antibodies means you have Hashimotos also called autoimmune thyroid disease
Hashimoto's affects the gut, low stomach acid and low vitamins as a result
It is also extremely common to have hidden food intolerances - most common by far is gluten intolerance
Changing to strictly gluten free diet helps very many of us
You don't have to have any gut symptoms
